To Our Valued Customers,
Everyone at Wheelchair & Walker Rentals, Inc. shares in your concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority continues to be making sure our customers and employees stay safe and healthy throughout this pandemic. To accomplish this priority, we’ll be making some short-term changes that’ll impact the way we serve our customers.
What We’re Doing
We’re regularly monitoring information provided by the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and state and local authorities to ensure that we’re tailoring our business practices to keep our customers’ and employees’ best interests at heart. While our goal is to minimize any disruption to regular business, we’re enacting the following changes:
- We're requiring masks to be worn in store (if you don't have one, we have them for sale!).
- We're disinfecting our building (desks, office space, breakroom, bathrooms - 3 times per day).
- Our front door is currently locked. Customers are asked to knock or call for an appointment. We'll call you when you can come in.
- The front door is disinfected each time a customer comes in and goes out.
- Hours of operation have remained the same - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F.
We’re aware that these changes may be an inconvenience, but we’re taking these steps out of an abundance of caution to limit potential exposure to our customers and employees.
